Vask/sprit hender ofte, begrens sosial omgang, hold deg hjemme fra jobb/skole om du er syk og ha lav terskel for å bestille test for koronavirus.

Vi anbefaler spesielt alle som har vært ute og reist i områder med høyt smittetrykk om å teste seg.

We are again seeing an increase in the infection rates of coronavirus in Norway, and there are now also many of the types of viruses that are more easily transmitted.

We will therefore once again encourage our population to pay attention to the infection control councils.
Wash / alcohol hands often, limit social interaction, stay home from work / school if you are ill and have a low threshold for ordering a test for coronavirus.
We especially recommend everyone who has been out and traveled in areas with high infection pressure to get tested.
